Located in Grande Prairie, Alberta our locally owned & operated dealership has been a cornerstone of the community since 1985. Our Journey, a Road of Success
Our story began in 1973 when Benjamin Jones along with three of his sons; Lionel, Byron and Keith, opened North Land Feed mill. After several years the Jones boys decided to take it up a notch and moved on to open Nor-Lan Recreation, which quickly became one of the leading recreational dealers in the Peace Country. From there they seized the opportunity to open Nor-Lan
Chrysler, a dealership providing quality Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, & Ram models at an excellent price. The foundation of Nor-Lan Chrysler was built on the belief that success depends on hard-work, honesty, and a talented & loyal team providing excellent service with great value to our customers.
Where We are Now
Today, Nor-Lan Chrysler is known as Nor-Lan Ram, and is still owned & operated by the Jones family. Keith Jones owns Nor-Lan Ram alongside two of his children, our Dealer Principal & General Manager, Brenan Jones, and our Marketing Director, Breanne Bowers. Two of Byron’s sons are also involved in running Nor-Lan Ram. Chris Jones as our Parts Manager, and Curtis Jones as our Service Manager. Besides management, there are also several other family members working throughout the dealership, family is still very integral to Nor-Lan Ram.

On top of that, the quick lube, in addition to our service and parts departments, are open 7 days a week to maximize convenience for our customers. At Nor-Lan Ram we have some of the most advanced and high quality vehicle servicing there is to offer! Starting with our dedicated specialized technicians, including diesel, transmission, and electrical. Our licensed journeymen and skilled apprentices are regularly sent to specialized training courses to ensure the highest quality of service. We also have an impressive 16 service bays with 4 drive-in service drop off bays! We know that your time is valuable and so is your vehicle, this is why we offer same or next day drop off time with online booking available for your utmost convenience! While you’re waiting, enjoy our customer lounge, grab a ride from our shuttle driver, or take off in one of our FREE VIP service loaners! That’s right, we offer FREE VIP loaner vehicles to our customers, one of our exclusive Nor-Lan Ram perks!
